with aromas of green apple

Pooley Butcher's Hill Pinot Noir ABV 12.6% ranging from sandy loam to11 months of maturity in 25% new French Oak barriques made of 100% sirugue with a tight grain and a 36 month seasoning. The aromas of spiced black cherry, dark fruits, and tobacco leaf are present in this wine. A magnificent harmony of umami and red fruits is then there, complemented by notes of cured pork, macerated cherries, and pepper. The finish is silky smooth and has a sparkling line of acidity and finely boned tannin.
