Starting with vanilla, cooked apples and touches of ripe tropical fruit (banana, pineapple, kiwifruit), it builds to a creamy and green apple flavour on the palate. The finish is warmed with pepper spice and a note of dark chocolate and herbal, gorse and bracken notes.
